I purchased a Samsung vacumn cleaner from the Preston store on the 3rd January. On the 29 th January I returned said item to the Blackburn store because the brushes were not rotating. After carrying the item there I was told that it could be the belt and that Samsung would not replace it until I had checked this. This despite it being less than 28 days. I then asked why I had to dismantle the machine whic isn't an easy task especially when like me you have arthritis. I was then told that I would have to return the following day and they would ring Samsung and see what the outcome was so requiring me to carry the vacumn home and then back again. Not happy as this was still under the 28 day rule and should have been changed without question as even if it was the belt it should have lasted longer than 3 weeks.
